Seems pretty quiet over there and here too...

I'm thinking people are excited about it but may not have all the time they wished they had for it...I know my time is pretty limited and I may be in danger of not being able to go.

I know HavAcrumpet452 is willing to host and I'd help, we're curious as to how much it has cost other hosts??
The max capacity we're thinking her apartment can hold is 15 people.

My biggest problem is fanagling the Jeep from my husband; I'd have to know the concrete date/time if we'd be travelling to a Southern meet. (My car would die after a 3 hour drive, HavAcrumpet452's car would die in an hour.)

I wish I could host, My house is big enough that my roommates and I are renting to host..... just our lease has a 10 guest only limit that we all had to sign.

HaveaCrumpet, where are you in WI? And Jazz, is it something you could get special permission for? It just seems like an unfair rule, what if you want to host Thanksgiving for your family and there are more than 10 people?
There's a guy on the MN Meet site from WI who is looking for pony meet goodness, I was going to direct him here but there wasn't anything happening- I'll point him the right way!

I am in Southern Wisconsin, the house I'm renting in in Whitewater the rules are in place due to it being a college town. Our landlord loves us if I can get the ok from all my roommates I may be able to get permission from our landlord? I'm not really in the mid state place everyone was looking for. Though with tables it would be cramped... our biggest space is the basement and that is rather musty :/

Oh my place will be cramped but if the weather is ok I have a huge yard so people don't always have to be inside if it gets too crowded. I'm in WI. Does everybody bring a card table or something? I don't have tables enough for a dozen people to set up stuff.

yes usually people bring their own tables makes it easy on the host.
