I know why the price is so big!
Probably that guy got Rarity,but his/her mom told him/her:
Mother:You don't need so many Raritys,sell her!
Seller:But mum...Gaaahhhh..!Okay,but if nobody buyes it for one week,I'll keep it.
Mother:Put whatever price you want.
Seller:Hmm...whatever price I want you say...

And that's why the price is so big.Probably.
