Help! Annoyed by eBay seller... what should I do?

I am really sorry that you have such 'bad luck' on Ebay lately I've read the other topic too and indeed a seller cannot give you negative feedback so no worries! You are totally in your right, i hope both will be resolved

That's a relief!  Of course, as a seller myself, I would like the option of being able to leave negative feedback if I encountered a really rude customer, but the way the system is set up, I guess it tends to favour the buyer.  Thanks again for your encouragement.  More rainbows heading my way.

Yes it is a little weird with the system, because offcourse there are buyers out there who totally deserve a negative! I don't know why Ebay decided this way, but at least she can't leave you dishonest feedback now
