I thought at first this was going to be about the possibility of the Halloween buckets (McBoo, McPumpkin, McWitch) returning since the 1980's.   

I have no idea why someone would think McDondald's characters with extra eyes would appeal to adults?  They look like really bad Funko Pops to me and I love Funko Pops.

I'm not as much excited about the adult happy meals as I am the possibility that they may be bringing back the Halloween buckets!

Oh wow, I guess I’m in the minority of liking the crazy 4 eyed toys! I think they’re funky, they remind me of trippy street art. I’ll probably try and get my hands on at least one!

I’m also super excited for the Halloween buckets! I’m worried that will be a crazy line haha but I’ll probably try and get one of those too

I know why that is: there was a petition asking fast food outlets here to stop putting plastic toys in meals, & loads of people signed it.

It hadn't even registered w/ me that they were plastic. Do you still have plastic Happy Meal toys in the US, then? :o Over here we just get bits of cardboard and the occasional (very occasional ) plushie nowadays.

Oh man I'm so jealous! The toys over here have been pretty lame since that petition went through. (Well, apart from the plushies, it's been nice to see those make a return.)
