Well, it appears that that the game is taking a long time to load the friends list. Mine's still stuck at "Searching for everypony..."

Anyone else notice that earlier today the shop had a '3 day sale' and now its gone? It hasn't even been one day T-T

Yeah, I noticed. Maybe they meant three hour? That's apparently how long the sale lasted >.<

I did manage to snag Scootaloo, Lyra and Applejack during the sale tho. It'll be interesting to see the result of this since finding AJ is one of the quests.

I'm also finding the game story nonsensical and unnecessary. I already don't really like the fact that they reverted Luna to Nightmare Moon and made her villain, but why is Braeburn involved in this when it's only Ponyville? O.o They might as well just make every single pony available, break the fourth wall, and tell the player that this is the player's Ponyville and you're is free to do what you want with it. Like The Sims.

Also, why does Sweetie Belle live with Scootaloo at the club house instead of with Rarity at the Carousel Boutique? If they're gonna go that way they might as well make Apple Bloom live at the club house too.

Pony probably won't be available to buy since they'd have to give her a name, and she's meant to be nameless! It's nice you get to play hide and seek with her though. Clever way of putting her in the game without actually giving her a name.

A lot of times Game Lofts 3 day sales are over the weekend, Friday - Sunday so it may be the Sale from yesterday was a case of someone jumping the gun. I hope it comes back soon as I want DJ PON-3 and Zecora! I picked up a bunch of ponies during the sale including Rarity! So 4 of the Mane 6 down for me.

I'm really disappointed about the sale, I was going to buy Hoity Toity but I needed one more gem which I thought I'd get today and now it's over. How can they get hours and days mixed up? :/

I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question, but:
if I download the app on both my iPad and iPod, will I be able to access the same account or will a separate account be made for each device? (Like a log-in/logout option?)

Re-replying, but I confirmed it- install the game on a second device and you get a separate Ponyville but your friends list remains the same. Also, accepting gifts on one device may or may not deny you off gifts on the other device depending on your luck, so exercise caution.

Actually, I've been playing the game on a 4th gen iPad (special thanks to my uncle in Singapore for getting it for me - the Apple dealers I've talked to over here in Malaysia say that they're not launching it until next year). I've just turned my first gen iPad back on, installed the game and tried running it.

As a footnote, an option to sync the game between multiple devices would be nice. Monopoly Hotels has this feature, interestingly enough, although it doesn't always work, i.e. It did not ask me to sync when I switched to the new iPad, but when I switched on my old iPad, the old iPad detects that the game had been played somewhere else and asked me if I wanted to sync it back. Also, it seems that the app does upload your town anyway so friends could visit. So why not just use that to sync across multiple devices and for cloud backup as well? (trust me, if you've spent real cash, you do NOT want to factory reset your device or even just temporarily remove the app, ever. I've lost months of progress in Oregon Trail American Settler because I needed to free up some space on my old iPad, and at the time I didn't think too hard about it).
