Based on my backstory for Mimic, which is long and rambling. So instead, just have some pretty shiny lanterns~ weeeeeee~... I'm sorry...

Haha, I love the description XD
It's like "look, shiny!"
I like the style and especially all the lanterns.
Nice lineart and might I ask what you used when making it?  :art:

Thanks!
I'm not too serious with descriptions XD

I used the pen brush on Paint Tool SAI. I used a warm, dark brown color because using flat out black looked too stiff and plain.

That's a really interesting interpretation of Mimic, I was expecting some anthro art when I clicked this thread.  I like that you pulled her colors into her robes and weren't too literal with your transformation.  Really pretty.

It's funny you say anthro because I can't stand anthro gijinkas XD. To me, if it says "humanized", it should look human, not animal-like. I also love taking interesting turns on characters (Especially Lofty for some reason) that bring out the unexpected. Thanks so much for the comments. I like hearing other things than just plain "Good!" or "Awesome". Mimic is such a mysterious and exotic pony to me and wanted that to shine (bad pun relating to the picture *sob*). I really appreciate the interesting comments and I thinking of making more gijinkas soon.
