Post by: kestral_kitsune on April 25, 2021, 06:39:34 PM
I was in walmart looking in the paint/craft aisle checking out their acrylic selection to see what colors they have -and to see what compares to what ugh hobby lobby has - and noticed a new product, an acrylic sealer Aleene's original acrylic sealer in both matte and gloss/satin finish anyone's thought on this? they also had the standard krylon spray.

also wasn't sure what section to put this under

Oh, I didn't know Aleene's had a spray sealer! For the record, I personally love Aleene's products so I would give it a try. I'd test it out on something you don't mind potentially going sticky though.

And as another alternative to Mr. Super Clear (which I can't get either) there is always Testor's Dullcote. Never had an issue with it and I live in a climate that makes everything sticky, lol.

I agree with everything BlackCurtains said!  I don't ever use spray sealers but I do use other Aleene's products and like them.
