Let’s suppose you have the ability to create new ponies, with the catch that they have to use two or more existing gimmicks to make a “new” set.
What combinations would you guys come up with?
I’d say Glow n Show Sparkle ponies! Glitter bodies with GITD confetti inside!

(Cross-post from the TP) Hey y’all! Today I picked up a couple G3-G4 ponies (pictures soon!) so I got to work on cleaning them. In the lot there was a “Pie Party” Pinkie Pie/Pinkie Pie III, with tail issues. It looked VERY thin (close to G4 thin) but didn’t look cut, so I opened her up, and found this as a washer (under spoiler) Her head was tightly on, but not tight like other G3s who I’ve struggled to open. Hot tap water did the trick. The string/thread is in a very tight knot, and the plastic the washer is made of is very close to PP’s body color. Otherwise, the tail and tinsel matches her mane perfectly with minimal fading. What’s going on? Could it have been the previous owner/parents that did this?

Any customizers out there with a huge stash of hair? Medley right here would have beautiful hair if it wasnmt crimped beyond repair and her tail frizzy with cuts. I contemplate rehairing her, since she’s just bait at this point (she also has a burn (?) mark on her leg). Lucky Clover is an exact match for her hair, but I think Gusty’s green hair color (Sea Nymph) might look lovely since it has more of a blue tint. If anybody has those two colors, could you please take a comparison pic? Well, to start off, good evening  it’s been quite a long time since I’ve been in the pony forums! Due to the G4 rerererererereleases that currently plague store shelves, I decided to take a break from collecting, since there was nothing really that interesting. That is, until the Retro releases came. I caved and managed to get Retro Blossom, Snuzzle, STAJ, and the Pretty Parlor. Well, I thought it would be a good idea to get a new pony, just because  I present to you, SS Heartthrob (my first eBay pony purchase in a while! Hello! I'm Skygleamshine from the Trading Post, but decided that I should come here and take a stroll. Now into the basics
Hi, I'm Wind Whistler, AKA Skygleamshine on the MLPTP. I draw ponies often, have a pesky friend who will pop up at times (she is better known as Baby Quackers) and collect every gen, from G1 to G3.5 to G4! I decorate cakes as my work, but enjoy ponies from time to time. I don't have a collection, since it's my daughter's. So, I think that's it.
