Off Topic / Has anyone used BetterHelp counselling?
« on: April 06, 2021, 06:28:42 AM »
I'm having a lot of struggles with my mental health at the minute. Not wanting to go into too much detail, but just for some context I live with PTSD and my symptoms have got worse during the global pandemic (not being able to travel, see family & friends etc.)

BetterHelp is advertised EVERYWHERE and I'm just curious if anyone here has any experience with them. I'm currently on a waiting list for therapy with another service but this could be up to 6 months. Online counselling for a few weeks in the meantime might help me out a bit.

So if you've used them before I'd love to know if it helped you. Sending love and hugs to you all - I hope anyone else feeling bad at the minute gets a ray of sunshine sent their way   :sunny:

*UPDATE* Thankyou everyone for having a look - I found out who these were made by, but the company no longer exists. There is little to no information about them online. They are made by Evolve NPD Ltd. They got a copyright to the name "Sparkle Fairies" in 2003. That's all I know. I decided to buy the dolls in the end! Perhaps I've found a very rare toy line :D

I remember being gifted a doll around 2004, I would of been 8 years old. She was already used so I never saw the box, but she came with a beautiful unicorn with a carriage and some accessories, one being a butterfly shaped comb.
What was distinct about her, was the glittery, gel-filled wings that could detach from the back like a button. The carriage also had a magnet function (Similar to G3 Ponies.) where you could open a secret compartment with the comb.
Now since the doll was a hand-me-down I'm not 100% sure the unicorn and carriage actually came with the doll. She was always a little too big to sit in the carriage and couldn't ride the unicorn either.
They were really well made, beautiful toys and I remember playing with the fairy with my ponies as she was the perfect size to interact with them (About 6-8 inches?)

Somehow, I FINALLY found 2 listings on Ebay of them ! (pictured below.) I messaged the sellers if they had any idea what these dolls are actually called but got no replies.
All they say is "2003 fairy doll" the listings are both from the UK and so am I, so maybe they had only been sold in the UK ?

I would really appreciate any insight  :lovey:

Introductions / Hello, I'm back in ponyland
« on: September 03, 2020, 05:00:56 AM »
Hello ! My name is dragglereeka (From the witch sisters in the My Little Pony film.) ;)
I have recently got back into collecting and creating pony fanart. I started collecting when I was a child, around 7 years old. I was OBSESSED with anything MLP  :D I was a member of the old MLP arena but left due to being bullied about my hobby at school :( So I hid away my love for anything deemed "childish".
I'm 24 now and embracing the magical rainbow world of Ponyland once more ! I live in the UK with my partner :) I love animals, I adore my family pets back at my parent's house whom I check up on every day ! I'd love a pet dog or cat in our new home but landlord won't allow. I'm looking forward to seeing all your pet pictures <3
I collect G1,G2 and G3 and I currently just have 1 G4 pony (Princess Celestia. :) )
I have 48  ponies in total at the moment, mainly G3s as that's what I was gifted most as a child. I'm in process of creating a new wish list, I have a couple of ponies I'd like to trade too.
I also collect Ty Plushies, especially the Halloween ones.
Oh, and I have bright pink hair <3
So excited to be a part of this friendly community again x
