glitter removal on 4.5 fashion style celestia plz help!

any one got any tips on how to safely get the butt tone of glitter off of the wings on this pony please?

soaking in acetone didn't really do much

Oh gosh, that's a lot of glitter.

A quick search suggests using oil, like coconut or vegetable, soaking it in that and then using a cotton ball to get it off or scraping it with a butter knife.

Goo Gone is apparently very good at getting rid of it too.

after a couple of days in coconut oil  the glitter came off easily enough
