Just a little something

I haven't shared many customs lately, nor have I done a lot (life has been busy lol), but I did want to show off a few little somethings I did quickly.

My boyfriend and I collected an entire set of Kinder Ponies & Equestria Girls and we only ended up with a few doubles, so I made a them into Poseys for my army. 

Here we have her made from a Fluttershy - filled wing hole and painted symbol.
An Equestria Girl - repainted body & details.
(nevermind the old blindbag) 
And a Twilight - filled wing hole, FBR & painted details, given a new tail.

Gosh do I hate painting tiny little eyes lol

I also just remembered that I actually made a pony for my boyfriend. I had a Powder I'd rehaired purple but hadn't ever given symbols, and his favourite colour just so happens to be purple so... I made a 3D symbol of a fire in a jar, because his gamer name is Firejar. 
He supports my collecting but was surprised that I'd made a pony for him, she lives with the small herd we're collecting on our computer desk (the rest of my collection has gone into storage until we move properly).

Anyways, without further ado, Firejar the pony!

Thanks! The blindbag Posey is actually winking because I couldn't face trying to paint another tiny eye at the time lol

Ooo, I love Firejar's symbol too! I like how the bottle is cut in half but the top of the jar and cork are not; it gives it some interesting dimension.

To make the 3D symbol I cut a small plastic jar in half (quite old and yellowed) and used a flexible grinder to shape it to fit her rump. It wasn't perfect but epoxy glue filled the tiny gaps. The flame is actually repurposed from a Falabella fakie, I had a spare flocked flame pony who is now missing her tail.

It was a fun challenge, I'd never attempted anything like this before and am quite pleased with the results.
