What a wonderful way to celebrate! This custom is absolutely beautiful. The eyes are spectacular... Did you paint them with a brush or are they some kind of transfer?

  They are hand-painted with acrylics and sealed two or three times in Modge podge. I was very pleased with them so thank you for asking! :D
