Hi all, I have a G1 secret surprise without her back parts, just begging to be customised. Was hoping to see whats been done before with these girls! Cheers
-
I know some people have turned them into a holder at times, for pens or a mobile phone or something, I haven't turned any into customs myself, but I am very interested in what others have done to them :)
-
I will also be very interesting to see some of them customised
-
I'm pretty sure KarRedRoses on the tp turned one into a plant pot. Covered her in terracotta-looking stuff and all. I think she used fake plants but I remember it looking awesome.

I LOVE the versatility SS G1's offer when it comes to size and structure. I use them for various anime characters, and will some day make Ganondorf from Zelda as a SS.
Until then, here's Maester Seymour Guado from Final Fantasy X (is still currently for sale)

OOH LOVE Jareth, love him! what an awesome pony!
and a pot plant sounds cool too! Wish there were pics!

I could see myself setting one up with a mini desert pot. Like, using miniature, doll-house sized cacti and other desert plant life, and the pony would have a southwest theme. :)

I'm curious about this as well. Have one (with working back parts) in my bait box for ages and no idea for it yet. ^^
-
I have 2 in my bait box and plan on turning them into simple Hasbro-style ones - but I don't know how to get the plastic inner bit out - any ideas?
-
I have this finished and then another huge project which has been on the go (or not, more like) for a couple of years.

I knew that I wanted to use that wool for hair because it was just like snow, and once I'd rooted it I got the idea for Avalanche and it went from there. :)

Beautiful! Her hair looks awesome!

i have one that is going to....someday...be something.
a few years ago at a con I remember someone had entered one that had been painted with chalkboard paint, and the opening in the back held the chalk so you could write on the pony -- it was really cool!
