I have lost some use of my right hand, but I'm still thinking potluck. I should be healed enough in a few weeks to cook and bake and buy things from Costco...

Hi Everypony!! I am your host, MoondancerMilkyWay (or, as known on Facebook, Smash Bridges)
I wanted to give you a quick update, as I'm very excited to be hosting for my first year!

I will have MLP movies/episodes playing, and am planning on having a projector/screen set up so we can watch outside when it gets dark as well!
I also will have a cotton candy machine, popcorn, and possibly ice cream in addition to the cake. it's like a carnival.

I can look into other food options (Costco FTW) as it gets closer and we get a more solid numbers guest count. :)

The house is one story, mostly open floor plan, and a half acre wide fully fenced in back yard.

I DO have a dog (Australian Shepherd mix. 35 pounds. very friendly. wants you to play ball.) who will be home/in attendance the whole meet.

working on some fun prizes for the games, and raffle items as well! (just need Basic Fun and Amazon to update their listings.... ;) )

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

oh! And perhaps most importantly, I am off Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday. We can Pony Party ALL WEEKEND LONG!*
*as long as people want to come. Anytime Saturday things want to start is fine. I'll be ready.

i found my way back to the Arena! hahaha. I will see what my calendar is like. I have plans a couple weeks before, so that could interfere with work to leave again for another weekend up in MN. I will confirm as it gets closer. BUT! I DID find Valentines so that will be a fun things to do if I can come. :)

I travel far and wide to meet with friends. and eat chocolate. and collect ponies.

thank you thank you!! I finally have a family dollar close to me! I was able to pick up a set of wave 3. only found 1 set, and havent been able to check other stores yet. had to run home to take care of dog, who got sick in the car.
I shall venture forth later and try again.

I was at Target last night and decided to check out the ponies for after Christmas sales.
(side note. Twilight's Halloween Library tree clearanced at  $13+change, Cherilee Explore Equestria set clearanced as well. probably others...)

and someone had put away in the wrong spot a new (to me) series 2 puzzle eraser set. I found the rest of them by the trading cards section and bought a set (will get pics tonight and edit accordingly)

Series 2 includes 6 ponies:

DJ Pon3
Princess Luna - she does NOT stand up well. All the hair!
Pinkie Pie
Twilight Sparkle
Trixie
Muffin :muffin: Pony Ditzy Doo Bubbles butt

$3.99 per set, I was able to find 3 packs that included all the different ponies so I didn't have to spend a ton of money trying to get them all. Hooray! I also have a 2nd set if someone is dying for them and needs a set ASAP. ;)

I get home in about 13 hours, so can update then.

I LOVE the Dept 56 ones!! the new ones that came out this year. they are super duper cute.

and right now, 5/6 of them are on sale at Sears with free shipping on orders over $49. they don't have blossom, but they have everyone else.
I'm tempted to get a 2nd set in case something happens to the first one, but I have to not be a hoarder. Do. Not. Hoard, MMW...
