Yes, definitely a La Dee Da doll! Looks like City Girl Dee to me. If those legwarmers pull up into fishnet "leggings" they might be from her original outfit.

There's at least one MIB City Girl Dee for $10 on eBay right now and multiple have sold at that price, so less than that. Going by sold listings I'd say maybe $4-5 since she has a lot of her original outfit. I'm not a La Dee Da expert though!
