Prideth is that an easy program to use?  I have SewArt and Embird but I'm not in love with either.

Super late on this response, but!

I tried SewArt myself, I felt the same, it's not fantastic.  I think for it being Freeware, SophieSew does a lot of great functions.  There are times when I groan and wish it worked differently, but it's good!  They provide lots of tutorials for free on the website, and of course youtube is great for walkthroughs.  I like it, I would recommend it, personally.
