Summer ATC Swap! -All sent!

After having several days to think about ideas, I sketched out rough ideas then got all three cards penciled in!  I would have probably even started inking but I lost my kneeded eraser somehow (The cats probably played with it and batted it under a couch or something) so I'm going to pick up a new one in the morning. 

The pencil stage is the "hardest" part thats the "most work".  After that, it's just praying you don't make a major mistake inking or coloring.  Then I just got the finish them up and wait for time to mail them! 

I have to say, I'm really happy with how the pencils turned out on all three, and that's pretty rare for me.  Usualy I'm cursing stuff I could have done different or better, but I'm pretty happy with what I've got so far!  I think doing a private swap recently helpped me get "warmed up" and back in the groove.

mine are drawn and outline, just need to color them before I can get them mailed out.

Didn't have any major boo boos with the inks, so all three of mine are drying ink right now.  As long as my markers dont blotch or splatter, I should be home free by the end of the week.

we only have one little card for each person to try to capture the awesomeness of their lists?

Rosier - if you want to make more, then go ahead, really. I just thought we should start small, and maybe have more card next swap ^^
And no worries, I haven't started yet either. I'm thinking I should start at least sketching today though.

i had some sketches done on cards... but i'm gonna redraw them. then crop the paper to fit card size.

I always try to sketch them out around the same size on some cheap notebook paper or something, then lay an ATC paper over them and redraw them onto the ATC paper. That way I don't "waste" my ATC paper on sketches that don't erase right or don't look as neat. (I ended up wasting alot of ATC paper in the beginning by just starting sketches on them...)

I haven't even started on mine yet. But I'm on holiday now so I should get them done fairly soon.

A quick note to my partners - I'm out of town until Aug 9th but I figured it wouldn't be a problem as the deadline isn't until the 4th, it would've been pointless to give an alternative address. I just wanted to mention this in case someone ships early.
