The *wild card* would be that you end up with two partners ere go, with TWO cards to make instead of ONE. All those who agree to be a wild card will have their name put in a proverbial hat and then drawn. :3
2. Partners posted by end of day MARCH 11th.
3. PM your partner for their address.
4.You must mail to your partner on (or before) the 31st of March. This gives you about three weeks to create ONE atc. You are always welcome to do more!
5. Check out your partner's post in this thread about what themes they may like- remember to keep everything in the realms of ponies!
6. All levels accepted! Please make sure to do your best work that you can.
7. Mail your completed card to your partner by MARCH 31st.
8. Post to the thread that you have mailed your card.
9. Post to the thread when you have received your card!
10. Have fun and enjoy it!
Rules:
•You must post to the thread when you mail a card and when you receive a card so we can be sure everyone is accounted for.
•You may post pictures of completed ATCs to this thread if you want but is not required. You do not have to wait till the person has received the card.
•This is a 1 on 1 trade so only leave feedback for your partner, not me, unless I am your partner!
•If you don't mail out on time then you will not be allowed to sign up again until you meet your obligations.
FAQ
•ATC means Artist Trading Card.
•ATC size- 2.5 x 3.5. I do suggest that if you use a thin paper to draw on, mount it on something harder to mail. PM me if you'd like suggestions.
•Please sign the back of the card. Its nice to look back and see who did it.
•It is great to mail them in a protective plastic sleeve. You can find them at hobby stores, Walmart, online, etc. Look wherever baseball cards are.
•There is no feedback minimum. You are welcome to join and give it a try.
•If it ends up uneven or if someone doesn't fulfill their duties, I will make sure everyone has something. As these keep going, I will keep on hand who you have traded with to try and make sure that everyone gets someone else each time, best I can!

*What Gen pony you prefer (if you care): My favorite Hasbro pony is G1 Sundance, but I just got a card of her so I'd prefer G2 Sundance. I love G4 Applejack and Rainbow Dash (individually and as a couple). And of course one of my OCs (http://taxelponies.webs.com/) would be cool. I'd especially love to get more art of Asazi (http://charahub.com/character/2378) (images 1, 2, and 4 are her, the rest are her husband/kids). I don't have a preference about what style they're drawn in.

*What Gen pony you prefer (if you care) : I am a G1 lover, but any gen art is great in my eyes (including gen 2, 3, 3.5 & 4)
*If you prefer traditional or digital art * Traditional, I am not a big fan of digital art, it doesn't have the same feel as traditional, almost like no love has been put into it in my eyes (no offence to digital artists, I am just really not a fan of it apart from using it for like sigs & avvies ect)

I am mostly interested in G1 Ponies of all types and my favorites are Heart Throb, Parasol and Baby Quackers and sea ponies. I like pegasus much better than uni's. I love G1 babies.

LOL..no you are just like me highly motivated! You are goal driven and you get things accomplished quickly so you don't have to worry about a deadline.
I have a question? What are you artists going to ship your atc's in? A plain envelope or a cardboard style envelope. This is my first ATC swap so I was just wondering the best way to ship it. I plan on putting mine between two pieces of cardboard..but what do ship it in where the post office won't mutilate it. :shocked:

I always ship mine in a normal envelope with two thin pieces of cardboard (usually cut up G4 backcards) on either side of the ATC. Its worked fine so far. :3

I ship mine in a protective little plastic sleeve you can buy most anywhere (think baseball trading card areas) taped to a card that I can write a nifty note in! :)

I simplified the symbol a little to get it to fit.
Tulagirl maybe the mail is just really slow, but I had some ATC cards go MIA this month as well.

I know right now, because of tornadoes and such over there in tornado alley in the us, that anything that gets near there is getting lost. My husband ordered a birthday gift for me about 3 weeks ago and even with the tracking, it changes all the time!
Hopefully, time will tell.

To answer that question...well...I am kind of new at drawing and I don't know what you guys are going to think of mine LOL. I will share them anyway though. I am not good at drawing horses yet. I am so good at dogs, cats and birds. I am having fits learning how to shade and stuff with colored pencils. Its so much easier with graphite. I wasn't happy with my giant mutant bee either. :blush: I drew these for Amber Marie. These are titled: Buzzer in the Tulips.

:( I am hoping it arrives for you soon as well, if it hasn't turned up soon flick me a PM and I will knock up another & post an image of the one I did get sent out but never arrived :( just hope its the post being slow, they are hopeless lately. My parents sold a lava lamp recently and sent it very well packaged up within the same country, it came in a soggy box that had been put into a bag by the post office, they had obviously really put the box through god knows what torture, cause I know when my dad packs, he packs REALLY well, to the point you could drop it, kick it and just about anything bar running over it wouldn't damage the cargo inside, maybe they did run over the box? lol.

So glad it arrived safely :D I was going to be pretty bummed if it had gone missing, I did my best to do something I thought you would enjoy, and it needed glitter - hence the background being all shiney lol. Thanks for letting me know, just so glad it arrived safely & that you like it <3 I need to go find a frame for yours & a few others that I have, I have been slack, I did actually look for one yesterday, but didn't find anything that I actually like :(
