Hi! Thanks for having me here. I’m 30 and have loved ponies since I was a toddler. I mostly had fakies as a kid and had fun finding MLPs at garage sales. I loved to take out my little shoebox container of ponies and line them all up. I would name them after people I looked up to in my life (like my babysitters, neighbor kids, older cousins). My much younger sisters somewhat inherited my ponies after I left for college, and unfortunately a lot of them weren’t in great shape following that. Some made it, though, and I started formally collecting a few years ago. Definitely brings back some good memories...childhood was fun. My collection is small, mostly G1s and G3s and a few G2s and G4s. At the moment, I’m not able to display them and am tight on space but can’t wait until I can give them a proper display . Almost forgot to add: my 3-year-old daughter has a huge love of ponies and has a few of my childhood ones in her collection and some of my sisters’ G3 ponies, as well as some newer ones. They’re her favorite toys to play with. It’s awesome to see her enjoy ponies so much, too. It’s good to be here! Have a great day, everyone!
