Something "new" that's what I would like to see. Perhaps something that should have been but wasn't...an actual release on a prototype or maybe even a mix up of some ponies in different poses? So Applejack like Skippity Doo and Bow Tie like Posey...that kind of thing

It's a serious issue, but MLP isn't the right outlet for them to discuss it. The showwriters would want to consult child psychologists so they don't scare the kids out of their wits, and it's quite heavy a topic to be discussed.
This...sometimes a cartoon...well it just has to be a light hearted fluffy and frivolous cartoon.

There are a couple which have defeated me over the years but I refuse to cut necks so I have had to resort to a lot of different options. The best one ever is heat - I have wrapped a neck in white cotton (normally a bit of old pillow case) and poured very very very hot (be careful) water over it. Repeat it often enough or continue it long enough and most plastic will eventually soften. Although I have also learned patience is key!

I love these sets Every time I see a new release of this version of G4....my money stays safely in my purse he he he I will give the points though for continuing to be able to take the same characters (and often the same accessories) and reinvent a whole new scene.

It will be easier to tell apart the retro from the original, so I am fine with it.
I have no interest in this set because NOO NOT MORE PEACHIES...so basically that's where my position on this ends xD.
The first part here pretty much sums it up for me Its not original - its designed to be a retro nostalgic remake. I am not at all bothered by the odd differences and, honestly, think the minor differences are part of what makes it its own release. After all Hasbro couldn't keep the same sets and ponies when they released them only a year or so apart...we have to give someone releasing something 35 years later a prize for managing to match so much

Absolutely Every pony - every set - every accessory (of course)! Although now as everything is complete...its more about upgrading or "tweaking" lol. However, when I started collecting I certainly didn't intend to complete everything. I planned to just buy those I liked...and then eventually it was just the sets I liked...before finally it was all the ponies

I love the MLP accessories, and that was actually a super fun hunt for me with my collection too! Finding the accessories!! It was especially awesome to get all missing accessories to my childhood Dream Castle for instance
