I was silly, couple of days ago put an order in for DH (which is great as anxious for new hair stock) for the sum of $49.53 (10 of which was shipping)..someone mentioned to me in random conversation about the free shipping and now just realised I have done a stupid thing and could have got more hair for the same price! :yikes: Havent had a despatch email and have emailed the contact us on DH but will this just need to be a lesson I will need to learn for next time??? I am sooooo stupid...

Probably just something to learn for next time, unfortunately. Dolly hair *might* be able to catch your order and cancel it and let you re-order, but I wouldn't count on it.

I know I have a discount code she gave me a year ago and keep forgetting to use it. And it's on a sticky note taped to my computer. So I know how you feel! It just gets so exciting ordering all that hair, I forget.
Anyways she might catch it if you emailed her. She is usually pretty easy to work with.
But it's hard to say for sure. Just might have to keep that mental note or sticky note for the next time. ;)

:hug: No of course you're not stupid - its easily done, and it might just be something that you'll have to remind yourself of next time (perhaps by using a sticky note like Ponylady mentioned ) ... but if you emailed her in time there is still a chance she can catch it and let you re-order :)

Aww hon, I didn't knew about free shipping too, as it has been said it may be that Tina is able to do something otherwise...hehe just remind it for the next time :)
