Please join us for a day of pony fun! 

Okay all you St. Louis and surrounding area ponies. Are you all ready for a pony meet? Rhini, STLGusty, and I (Whiskerz85) are planning on holding a pony meet Saturday August 17th, 10am until ? whenever. If this goes well we hope to continue having them every year.
It will be held in Belleville, IL. across the river from St. Louis.
We would like everyone who is attending to please bring a side dish. We will supply the hot dogs and drinks. We thought it would be neat to have a potluck.

Everyone who will be joining us please RSVP by July 31st so we know how many will be joining us and to make sure we have enough supplies and room for everyone.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let us know.

I would LOVE to come! Could you let me know what weekend it is so I can ask off work if need be? I wanna make sure I have that weekend off.

My mom may attend with me if that's okay? She knows how to get to Belleville. I don't.

As soon as we finalize the date I will let you know.  Yes, she may come. You may bring as many people with you as you like as long as you have RSVP them so we know how many to expect. Hope to see you there.

But pony cake is a distinct possibility, also perhaps a pony cake decorating contest if there's any interest!

Yay!  Are you 2 hours more to the South - like Carbondale area? - or are you a little more North (like Springfield-ish)?  Regardless, we are excited for you to come! Whoo hoo!

I work that weekend, but I just put in a vacation request for that Friday and Saturday. I really hope my boss approves it.   I will let you know what he says as soon as I get a response. I should know on Monday.

I'm going to think about coming but I won't really know until sooner to that date.  Plus it's like 3 hours for me so maybe if I did come I might be able to carpool with others in my central IL area? (I'm in Bloomington).
