From the drawings I can see, they appear to simply be Pinkie/Whooves/Drama versions of the previously seen Dash and Vinyl Scratch - so yes I think they are plush.

I hope the picture of Drama pony is badly lighted or something. The yellow looks kinda...green and too bright.
