Mystery Pony! Please Help Identify Her!

Hey all! 

I've been having a big clean out of my collection, and I came across this girl whom I have no memory of buying.  This Butterscotch has completely unmarked flat feet, but unlike the normal flat feet Y1 collector pose ponies, there's no identifying stamp at all. 

I thought she could have been a No Country product, but even the No Country ponies usually have a patent stamp, don't they?  So curious! What are your thoughts?  Have you seen this before?  Any information would be very helpful!

That is Mexican Butterscotch

Ooooh!  Thank you for identifying her!  I have no idea where I got her from, but she's my first Mexican baby!  How exciting!  Shame about her haircut, but she's still beautiful
