Logo on Blossomforth's Hedgehog Pal?

I was in TRU today poking around the ponies looking for some I don't have, and I noticed something odd. There were three Blossomforths in there, and one of the three hedgehog buddies has the my little pony logo on it's belly whilst in the other two boxes it doesn't.
Has anyone got a Blossomforth hedgehog pal with or without a logo on it's belly? Is the one with the logo the odd one out or is it the other two with the bare bellies?
I'll have to take some photos tomorrow and I'll post them up.

The logo one sounds like a factory defect. I've bought about 10 Blossomforths and don't remember ever seeing a logo on the hedge's bellies. Is it painted or just raised letters?

It's raised letters, not painted, as though it's part of the mold?

It's not a defect. The earlier molds just didn't have the logo.

Mine has the logo, I think all of my animal friends do?

The early releases of the G4 animal friends do not have the raised logo imprinted on their bodies, but the later releases do. Hasbro got really clever at putting them in places you might not notice. They can be found on the back of the animal's head, on their back, on their tail, etc.

Sounds like you have an early wave release of Blossomforth and a later wave release.

I have er... *counts* 15 blossomforth hedgies, and mine are about split with logo vs. no logo, so it's normal

Mine has a logo as well! Can't quite recall when I got her, but it was a short time after she came up on hasbrotoyshop.com~

Yup as others have said - no logos early on the line and then suddenly they start to appear.

Its a [belated and probably unsuccessful] attempt to stop fakies and to prevent reverse engineering moulds of the characters - as fakie manufacturers dont want to have Hasbro stamped all over their moulds

Thanks for the information everyone! I didn't notice it until I got home and was checking over them when I noticed it, boggled my mind!
Yeah, I don't think fakie makers would want the Hasbro mlp logo on anything they produce, might be a bit troublesome for them. They'll prbably alter it to make it say 'My Lovely Horse', like some of the fakie's I have.
