Has anyone actually got some of these ladies home and out on display?
I'm very interested, particularly in the Rarity figure but a bit confused since I think the promotional photos may make them look a lot nicer than they are in person.
What do you think, do you have pictures?

I have the first wave of babies, Twilight Sparkle, Apppejack musical shell Skystar and Skystar without her she’ll. I’ve been eyeing Fluttershy so she may soon join them.

New adult merpony characters? There's Queen Novo and Haven Bay that come with the Seaquestria playset.

There's a Pinkie Pie with a musical shell like Skystar. I think she's in a different pose than the other Pinkie Pie sea ponies and Skystar.

They actually look super pretty like that.
My sister referred to Applejack as looking like a sparkly poop and since then I haven't quite got that image out of my head. I don't know how I feel about the mane 6 merponies but I do like Skystar and her shell. I wish there was a whole set of those, not just her and Pinkie. Haven Bay in that release would be nice (hint Hasbro).
The four sea babies we have in the UK right now are different from the 4 Ponyfan posted. They're pretty much in every store though. I have also definitely seen Skystar at £11.99 (rather than her rrp of £14.99) in I think Smyths over here. She is in a lot of stores too though so if you decide to get any good luck!

I love G4.5 seaponies! Right now I have all of the Mane 6 pearly singles, Princess Skystar, Queen Novo, Haven Bay, five babies, and Glittery Amazon Pinkie!

This isn't enough, I thirst for more. Eventually I would love to have all the G4.5 seaponies out there, but space in my G4.5 section's becoming an issue, so I need to figure that out first, and I have other pony priorities at the moment.

I only have Rarity, but I love her and would like to add others (one or two of the babies, maybe a Princess Skystar). This isn't the best pic, but here (http://novelheart.tumblr.com/post/165564909980/babys-first-seapony)'s Rarity.

Can we...seaponify background characters? I really want more variety with these but I do like what we've got so far.
The Pinkie with molded hair is pretty top heavy so she falls over a lot, but the tail mechanism works pretty well as a stand.

There’s also Land and Sea ponies with fabric mermaid tails that cover their hooves. I don’t count them as true seaponies though.

The hair in the second wave of the pearly seapones is awful.
Anyone else got them with the hair soo bad like mine? So Dry, badly rooted, even shedding a little! Never had an original MLP shedding hair before 😓

Yeah, I noticed this too when I got them. Pinkie and Fluttershy weren't too bad, but when I combed through Rainbow's hair after taking her out, a chunk of hair fell out. I actually took a photo of it when it happened (this was nearly a month ago):

Hair quality in general has been all over the place recently. Some ponies (particularly ones in larger sets) have wonderful silky hair, while others (mainly singles, or smaller sets) have awful frizzy hair with some hair falling out or many strands that are way too long.

Yeah pearly RD has the worst hair, mine has very short strands of hair that fall off 😔
And as you said it, and from the singles the worst haired ones in the all about girls are Lyra and Sweety Drops ☹️
I kinda wish I could send them to a spa or something since I am not good dealing with bad hair 😂

Is it a little clump of excess hair left from the manufacturing process? Usually when they trim the hair to it's proper length they get rid of the excess but once in a great while some will get left behind. It's alarming since it looks like it's losing hair but that hair wasn't meant to be there in the first place.

Yes, I found them at Fred Meyer a couple weeks ago, and got Sun Twist. Waiting for them to hit other stores before I get the rest since Fred Meyer is more pricey.

I apparently missed some. Oh boy! I know I want the Haven Bay seapony but I don't want the playset.
The babies are really cute, but I preferable brushables. :P

I've got Princess Skystar and one of the babies. I really like them and hope to get more as soon as the stores around here get more in stock. I've been experiencing a pony drought lately.
