The dimensions are okay. However, because the format is PNG, the file size of the image is too heavy. The limit is 60KB and your signature is 79.76 KB. Perhaps if you convert it to JPG or GIF, the weight will go down.

Once you have it hosted online somewhere (photobucket), you copy the URL of the image itself, paste it into your signature box, and put the [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] tags around it.
