Sweetie Swirl is my current G4 grail too Is the carousel even sold in the US? I haven't seen it at all!

I've seen the carousel at Target. Even recently I believe. There are several Sweetie Swirls that were listed for around 50 that did NOT sell.   And some that were sold at that price with only one bid.  There is something to always remember in these type of situations... some people really want the pony at that time, and bid on it and make ti higher, and then other sellers see that and change their prices to reflect the "real value" of the pony. I think also that there is a marketing mechanism we all fall prey to that has us believe that if an item is higher cost, it's better value/better quality. (Like ageneric vs store brand). In this case, a novice ebayer new to ponydom might think this is a high value pony and bid a lot.

Shine Bright Luna was really high when I was searching for one and I kept on losing.  Now one just ended at 6.50 on EBay!

The carousel was for sale atTarget, Walmart,Fry's grocery stores and  I thought Toys R Us....here by me. I had no trouble finding either set so this shocks me...

My FS Applejack was bought for me as a gift, but I think it ended up being over $50.  I haven't opened her, but I don't ever plan on selling her.

Did anyone else look up sweetie swirl on ebay? They have them cheaper then this ending price as a BIN. I BIN'd one for my daughter a week ago for around $20 dollars shipped that had been listed for a number of das when I found it. You can actually BIN the entire carousel for $45 dollars right now + about $13 in shipping. I am confused as to why someone would bid this up so high but hey, lucky seller
