I provided images for the MLP Collectibles Book that she published and in exchange she was going to send me a signed copy of the book.
The book was sent but never arrived because I had accidentally miss typed the zipcode. I offered to paypal the full shipping cost as a gift ASAP when it was resent to make up for my mistake and the extra effort. I requested the info from the customs form so I could try to track the package when it was reshipped.
She said that was fine, that she reshipped it and would get back to me on the shipping cost. I haven't gotten any response from her in almost 4 months and I have tried to contact here 4 more time. I have also never seen the book arrive.
I can only assume that she never sent the book the 2nd time. I wonder if she even intended to.
Overall poor communication. She doesn't follow through on commitments. This is a very negative experience overall. Such a disappointment.
