I do have her, she came with Taffy. Also in sad shape and will be deflocked. Another pony that I wanted for ages. I saw one on Facebook that had been rehaired in yellow, which looked amazing

Scandinavian Truly is favourite pony. She is gorgeous! Night Glider is second favourite. Then others as they bring themselves to my attention. It's hard to pick after those 2 ponies.

I have just added her to my herd. She came in a bait lot and isn't in great condition as she has a lot of flocking missing and the rest is very loose. I will deflock; perhaps I will have the time now that we are going under lockdown as well. However I am thrilled to have her: long time want fulfilled

Italian ponies! Oh my I love Italian ponies! Those girls are stunning maycrestmom  I have just paid for Italian Cherries to join my Cherries herd, but it will be quite a wait before she arrives. I was supposed to fetch her myself from the UK in July, but with the current world situation I don't think I will be able to do that.

The toy/tv show dynamic is different now as compared to what it was when I was a child. As Taffeta mentioned already, most kids just played with their ponies without any influence from media. There was very little 'copying' scenarios from the tv show at that time. I, for example, never did so. We only had tv actually broadcast during certain hours of the day here anyway.
If we wanted villains then there many other toy lines available and that was ok. We also played games with each other based on those themes: cops and robbers is one example and needed no toys at all if there were none available at the time.
