I have the same problem. I added /index.php?theme=1 to the address and finally got through!
Works for me!!  But it looks baby blue, no banner - Basically like a fresh forum that had nothing done or decorated. But everything works.

Have you tried contacting the seller to see if they offer alternate shipping? GSP is strictly for countries outside the sellers country.
I wrote to like 3-4 different sellers in the past and they never even replied. (rude!) Another one said they'd not be covered against PayPal-fraud w/o the GSP and I get that.. it's just that paying $50 extra is not worth it to me. xD;

Cute pictures everyone!! I have Mimi and Vera on the way to me, my newest addition to the 4 main girls and Nita. My small collection is growing.  I wish I had Sila, but she's super duper expensive no matter where I look. I hope she'll eventually see a german release so that I can get her for cheap.

Oh gosh that stupid GSP.. it's totally ruining ebay for me right now. Not only is the shipping ridiculous - $30 or more for a $7 toy - But they add import/custom fees on top of that which are always WAY more than what I'd pay if I were to pick it up at the customs myself.  A general question from a poor euro-girl: Would using a middleman in the US help? It's impossible to me to see what an auction/shipping does look like to someone in the US. Do they have to pay those crazy fees and have their item shipped via ebay as well or do they get the good ol' first class shipping? It would still suck, for I'd have to pay 2x the shipping, but I suppose 2x first class is still better than Priority+customs fee+ebay fee. x_x

This is the first time I've ever seen Truffles mentioned anywhere, so I'm guessing she was just a prototype. Have you tried emailing Jada Toys and asking them about it? You might get an answer that way. I'll also note that the official website hasn't been updated in a while. There are three new doll lines out that aren't in the Catalog.
There also isn't a 'basic' Carmel. She was released as part of the Sweets line.
I figured this is basic/signature Carmel: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginBut back when she was still called 'Coco' and is totally a prototype. Judging by the colours of the dress and the pops it's pretty obvious Truffles was meant to go with her. Too bad they never made it. :< I guess mailing Jada Toys might be the best to find out more about them - Do they answer, tho? ..or do you just get a standard reply like from Hasbro and Mattel? xD BTW, I sadly don't have the boxes for the other two dogs as I got them loose - Is Truffles on every box or is this the odd one out/an early release? I might keep her MIB if it is and just look for another Dott. Your OOAK is always so lovely! That shade of pink in her hair is perfect.

Wow, sorry to dig this up but I suppose this is still the general CP-post? I have a question regarding the pets.. I just recently received my first 3 dolls and pets: Basic Candi/Chiffon/Cookie plus their dogs Dott/Loli/S'Mores. On the back of Dott's box however, they advertise a 4th dog: Truffles! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIs that Carmels dog? However, when I look them up on stores online or on ebay, I can never find Truffles nor a Basic Carmel to go with her. (just the 'Cutie Pops Sweets' Carmel') They're not even on the official website. :c So what's with this dog? Was it just a prototype falsely advertised on the back of the box? She's really cute,.. probably my favourite out of the pets, so that would truly be a shame. ;_; But since I cannot seem to find ANYTHING about Truffles online, I suppose that is likely. Boh! xD

Do you use the regular tissue you can buy in stores? I was always afraid the chemicals/bleach in them might cause a reaction with my ponies hence I've never used those yet.. ;<

BTW fellow german collectors: PD2, Music Festival, Classroom 2-Packs, GNO, Die-Ner, 13W Playsets, Beds and ALL the 13W Dolls are out in stores NOW. (REAL even had them on sale already)

Yay, Novi Stars have a release date in germany now - 1st of July for a price of about €20. ^^
Now I'll definitely cave in.. DANG! xD
(I'll go and import Mae from the UK tho, I guess.. I'm sure I'll prefer her english voice.)

I'll wait it out.. wait 'til after the con and then I'll go looking for her. All the past exclusives are still available on ebay, so I think if you're willing to pay there'll always be a chance to own her eventually..

Just ordered the Heath&Abbey-Set.. Now keeping my fingers crossed the FaceUps won't suck. ;>
All the new dolls are available online in germany now BTW - I wish I had enough spare money left to order Gigi and Twyla & the Cleo/Ghoulia Lab-Pack as well.. but they're still very pricey and I know they will still be available all summer long..
(or at least I hope - But it has been like that with all the Sigs/Scaris so far, so why change now?)
..as hard as it is, I'll have to wait for them to go on sale or at least 'til next month. BUT UGH- SO HARRRRRRRRD TO BE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT WITH BILLS. xD
LOL.
Anyway, with Heath I caved.. for I fear he'll sell like hot cakes. :V

Yay! Gil at last! Although It's ridiculous I'm going to have to get the pack for just two dolls (Rochelle is cute too)
*epic slow motion grabby hands at Rochelle* I'm loving how she looks, the makeup is so different from her usual! She's all I want from the pack... Anyone looking to get the pack for just Gil shouldn't have much trouble rehoming her I'd say... 
You can have my Rochelle when I get the pack. We live pretty near each other, anyway, so shipping should be cheap.
Finally a Rochelle with lips and eye shadow that isn't pink! I think this may be the second Rochelle I get! Can't wait to see what she looks like with her hair down as well.
I also like this Rochelle for her different colours. ^^ She and Gil are all I want, but I only have DC Lagoona, so I'll have a look at Opie and Robecca first and then decide if I want to keep them or not. Maybe I'll use them for customs, who knows. ^^ I just hope the pack will be around for a while and not snatched up immediately by Scalpers b/c of Gil. And I hope that QC will be ok on those.. for it seems to have gradually gotten worse and worse with the recent releases. I had a look at the 13W Party Dolls in store and ALL of them were cross- or walleyed. Some had glue on their lips, too. WTH MATTEL!! :<
