Matte Sealers

Does anyone have any recommendations for matte sealers, other than Testor's Dullcote?
It's not actually matte enough for what I want! I find it more satin the *matte* finish.
I'm also finding with the Testor's it's also starting to go a bit sticky if I handle it more than a tiny bit. I find when I'm rehairing, there's quite often little sticky dark patches on ear tips etc. afterwards, and it's driving me crazy! It's happened with more than one can, too.

There's Mr. Super Clear but it's imported and is sorta pricey. It's used more often on BJDs than ponies, but it should work on them too.

I find that how matte testors is depends a lot on what's underneath it. I've used it on ponies that were first primed with a plastic primer and they came out very matte indeed.
