Accessories and Fakie ID help!

I found a major haul at the thrift store a couple of weeks ago (first G1 find in years!) and need some help identifying some of these accessories and the fakies in the 2nd pic.

I know some of these are definitely not MLP, but wonder what they're from.  The little bard of soap, nail polish, and bottle look MLP, but I can't figure out what they're from.

I also found a really nice baby Quackers, but she jumped out of the bag and was in my car when I took this.  Fakies in bottom right, what are they from?  The cat is a barbie cat, correct?

In the top picture the only G1 items are...the all white bottle it came with any of the newborn twins sets, the white shooting star barrette it came with Braided Beauty, the pink alarm close came with the Rock a Bye Bed set and the long handled aqua comb at the bottom of the picture looks like Brilliant Blooms.

I cant help with the fakies I am afraid.

Gah! major envy attack congrats on a lovely haul!

I can ID some accessories as Barbie, for example, tennis racquet, white mirror-like handheld thing, yellow band (with velcro) and not 100% sure but I think the music player is also Barbie (I kinda remember them being bigger though, but the mould is the same).

Also, we had a thread about that pink sundae accessory and it belonged to some other toy line (muffin doll or something :O)

The pink fakie with a butterfly symbol looks a lot like a Walgreens fakie to me. They are commonly sold at Big Lots. I'm not quite sure on that, though...

The cat is a Little Pretty (specifically Polished Paws Catra) and the yellow flower combs are also from Little Pretties. 
 
The hard plastic fakie at the bottom is a Magic Touch Pony.

Thanks for the help everyone!  I figured some of it was barbie, but I wasn't 100% sure so I threw them in there.  There was also a star pick for one of the petites but I didn't put it into the pictures.

The mould for the petite star pick was also used for the picks that came with Moondreamers. You have a petite in there so it's likely that yours is a petite pick but there's still a possibility it might be Moondreamers. The way to tell is hold it up to light for a bit and then see if it glows in the dark, all the Moondreamers ones did and as far as I know the petite ones didn't (could be wrong though).

The fakie with butterfly is Gigo and super common. The hard plastic one appears to be Micro Games, which isn't super sought after. The bird is a Fairy Tales bird.
