Non-MLP Paypal Shipping Labels Question

Hi everyone! I've been selling on Etsy for about two years now, and I just learned that I can print the shipping label from Paypal.  I searched the help section on printing labels on Paypal, but my questions weren't answered.  I am hoping you all can help me!

First, when I print off the shipping label, do I pay to do it? How do I calculate weight? Or do I print it and pay at the post office.

Second, I know that you can add tracking for free this way.  Is this true for international buyers as well?  Buying tracking at the PO is extremely expensive overseas, so I am curious to this being a better way to do shipping and tracking.

You can only ship priority via PayPal  unless they pay you with paypal. Then you can send via first class. And you can pay with PayPal too. And for international tracking is free only to certain countries. For weighing you will want to get a postage scale. They do not cost too much and are available on Amazon and eBay. And if you are lucky you can find one at Walmart (they were all out when I checked).

And the you can actually ship via the USPS website as well where you will be allowed to ship internationally via first class. And that accepts PayPal and credit cards and you can be sent emailed tracking updates which is nice.

You're welcome. Let's see if anyone else has anything to add to this to help you out. I just tried to remember everything about labels really quick...LOL! But, yes, tracking is included within the U.S. and you get an online discount.

Not much to add except that you can print First Class International through USPS and pay them with Paypal.  Bluerose is right, tracking is limited to only a few countries when shipping that way.
