UPS damaged shipment

So my tracking on amazon showed the package as delivered. There was no delivery to our house. So we took a drive down the driveway. Apparently the driver threw the box into the woods.

Amazon will only refund me, not replace the ponies. I am so not happy. Any suggestions?

Can you put a complaint into UPS? It sounds like they're the ones that messed this one up!

I would do as Bergamot suggested. UPS had some serious issues this holiday season and people where ticked. I bet they will be willing to do something hopefully. That is just pure laziness there.

Oh my goodness that is disgusting!   I think complaining to UPS is definitely the way to go since its their fault...but that still doesnt stop the disappointment of recieving your ponies all bashed around *sigh*
