Noob question about china purchases
« on: December 31, 2013, 06:13:56 AM »
Before christmas, I was able to get two ponies in that had a tracking number in...thing is...it was a two day later purchase. My earlier purchases still haven't arrived.

The earlier purchases didn't have a tracking number...is it one of those moments where "sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's slow"?

If you just ordered them right before Christmas, I would expect a delay. International shipping can be slow this time of year.

They were ordered around 4-6 of december.

EDIT: The delivery date range for them is around december 22-January 23rd. But I'm afraid to wait too long to say anything.

Tbh what I'd do is, wait til right at the end of the 45 day window, and then open a claim if they haven't arrived, even if you think they still might. As long as that claim is open, you have extra time. Then if they arrive, you can close it, no harm done.

To answer your question, I've had purchases from China come inside a week, but generally they're much slower.

I get alot of things from China. It takes about 3 or so weeks but with christmas its probably gonna take a bit longer. Dont forget, customs also takes a few days as well.
