I would think they will be making all 4 although perhaps the transparent will be limited or more expensive [maybe?]...they wouldnt get away with tempting and then not following through. Some collectors are hard core serious about these and a teaser of ponies which they werent going to release would no doubt end up with a backlash

I love Doctor Who, but I'm not too impressed with Doctor Whooves' design. His hair is supposed to be spiky and it's not, and his eyes look far too dopey...

I think his hair is supposed to be spikey-ish- you just can't tell from the pic they used.

The tips on RD's mane were SUPER sharp and spikey- maybe they got complaints and rounded out the sharp bits.


I have a couple of the prototypes on the way and will be happy to share some better pics when they get here (dying now to see them)

The image was posted by Hot Topic themselves so yes you are right it doesnt 100% guarantee them but it does make it pretty likely.

Naa- because he said that one set was "white" and one "color" - so I assume they will look a bit like the last set of protots (solid base color & solid white).   However, I AM very curious whether the protos will have that look above, or the look of the original resin...

Hottopic said we could start "preordering" the ponies next week, which means they are probably already being shipped from the manufacturer and Hottopic already has the numbers for how many they will receive...

I can't wait!

My Crystal Fluttershy & Dr. will look so cool next to their crystal BB minions - yay!

I hope the ones released are more matte too. The shininess makes them look a bit cheap but maybe it would reduce the seam line problems. I will  still buy them either way. I have to say I was not expecting the crystal one one bit. It is an interesting surprise.

I'm not interested in Dr Who or the ties to the pony, but I LOVE the translucid Time Turner  he looks like he is filled wit coca cola

Mm, it is kinda spiky, but it's swept in the wrong direction!

I like all four of them, too bad I can't afford all of them.  I will be getting the sparkle Fluttershy. Not sure which Dr. Whooves I want. I'm leaning toward the translucent one though.

As much as I love these, I am REALLY disappointed that these are so static. I definitely want them but c'mon! Is every single release going to be in such a boring pose? Have we already talked about this? If so, I apologize and please disregard my comments.
