Steven Universe anyone?

I am finally caught up! And let me just say I am in love with Rainbow Quartz and I need more of her in my life * - * and I didn't think it was possible but I seriously just love Garnet more and more with each episode

I really need some Steven Universe merch in my life. Especially some nice figures I could display <3

Kelsey, that is EXACTLY how I felt about Garnet too!!!
At first I was kinda like, eh... she seems okay.
But, she definitely won me over by the time I was caught up too. And now I'm like OMGARNET!

I know they need some merch! Seriously! I would throw my money at some good Steven Universe merchandise. Luckily independent artists have been doing a great job at creating amazing fan works to invest in.

I know, I bought a t-shirt but I want some FIGURES!  I actually sent an email to cartoonnetwork asking for Steven Universe figures...

It's crazy that they will make Adventure time background characters and characters from one episode- but nothing for Steven Universe at all? Seems like Steven Universe is definitely popular enough to warrant more merch.  I think they perceive it as a girl's cartoon though and so not as important. So irritating!

I really wish there was merch too. I want a Garnet plush more than anything and I'd really like some t-shirts. They really need more DVDs too, a single 12 episode one isn't enough.

But yeah I'm a huge fan of the show. Steven, Greg, Rose, and Garnet are my favorite characters. I've been showing it to my boyfriend and having little marathons with him and he's really enjoying it so I'm super happy!! Can't wait for the next Steven Bomb, I need more!!

That's what I honestly think too :/

Most of the cartoons on cartoon network are male dominated, while SU have strong female characters so therefore, I don't think CN is totally comfortable with that IMO :s

I saw someone did one of those felted Garnet figures...I still wanna learn how to felt art but most tutorials i've seen have those 1,2,3, DONE!!! steps with an all out felt figurine...and i'm like "Whaaaaaaaaa?????? O.o"

That's how I felt when I started working on my tie blanket! I didn't have ANY of materials except for sheets, a hand ruler and scissors!
I need to go browse Etsy some more.

That's very true. Also, AT has a huge following but SU is catching up. I imagine by this time next year, there will be some awesome merch out for us.

Well that was the thought last year, but so far nothing.  After all SU has been around since November 2013, you'd think they'd have made some toys by July 2015-  but maybe there are some being planned...

In the absence of any recent Steven episodes- I've gone through and watched the Adventure Time episodes that were written/storyboarded by Rebecca Sugar, and finding they are absolutely the best ones!
