TRU exclusives are up (Daring, Maud & yet another talking Celestia)

The flower-tattoos look would've been really good if they were a whole line of completely new, original, themed characters (ala TAFs and many G3s) though preferably not a TRU exclusive

So I just logged in and apparently they are on sale today.  If you need additional merchandise it's pretty easy to hit the free shipping so... now's a good time to cash in.

I know they are going to be hyper expensive... I really do want them both but I think I'll wait for clearance sale to get them. I'm not going to pay full price for something I'm possibly going to ruin acetoneing all that extra paint off...

Of all the background ponies to do this to, why Daring Doo!?!?!?

It makes no sense..... She is horrific!

Why not do a fashion style size, Roseluck, Blossomforth, Daisy Dreams, or Cheerilee who are associated with flowers in the first place , than splatter them all over a Tom-boyish Heroic Pony like Daring Doo. Also Cheerilee has had way more screen time than Doo has ever had and she has never been made as a Fasnion Style sized pony.

Then to add insult to injury, they top Daring Doo's name of with a 'Dazzle'... Shame on you HASBRO, Shame on you!!!!

I don't mind the concept, but I wish they would have done it without the thick black outlines.

Finally got Maud and Daring in the mail! 

The outfits for Maud and Daring are, as expected, shockingly bad. They don't even feel like real fabric.  I'll keep Daring's because it really is part of her look, but Maud is losing the Moo Moo immediately.

Oh I'm sure they will restock eventually- like with Zecora and Shadowbolt Dash.

Maud is really cute with her blunt hair cut and bangs- I like her a lot    I totally don't get why they did such a terrible job with the fabric though.  The first MLP Fashion Styles had really lovely fabric skirts and things.  I know they are trying to save $$ but the fabric they are using now feels just terrible.

I seem to recall that there was initially a "shortage" of Zecora-  but then a few months later there were plenty.  So I wouldn't panic if you don't see her right away- it's just a matter of when the next shippment comes
