*squeak* I should have a 3DS arriving at some point during this week.. and will hopefully be able to get AC:NL soon also!!

I've had Wild World since it came out, although unfortunately my DS seems to have issues with connective to wifi and couldn't really make the most of online / wireless features. Hoping with the new console I will be able to explore them properly ;D

I really want my house to be a mix of grungy and kawaii.. also with being the mayor, do you get funding for work on your town or do you have to make the money by dragging fruit and other assorted junk to the shop and selling it on?

You pay for everything, but now there is the island! If you go to the island after 7 p.m. and you know how to farm properly, you can easily net yourself around 350-450K Bells in about an hour's time (might take longer at first as the bugs are super-sensitive, also the amount of Bells you make will depend on whether you have Bell Boom active or not).

Residents may help with some Public Works Projects, but generally you won't get more than 100 Bells out of them altogether.

I plan on opening my town gates in a little bit, if people would like to come over! I'll post here when the gates are open (or opening, hehe)
I'll likely be AFK for a bit (I'll have the 3DS near me, but be multi-tasking with things I need to work on), so if you come into my town and I don't respond or anything, that's why. xD

Feel free to shop and buy items! I bought a couple of extra Silver tools from me museum's second floor (I think I have a spare Silver Shovel and Net,at least. xD) and a spare Silver Slingshot, if anyone would like to have them.
If you guys want to catalog any of the DLC I have, let me know! I say this because they are currently in my museum, and I can't grab them out if my gates are open/people are visiting. xD
