Title: Help Identifying Ponyville Merriweather

I've searched and searched the usual reference sites and I cannot find the Merriweather that is on the RIGHT in the photo below.  Can anyone help me identify where this Merriweather comes from?  She's identical to the Rain or Shine Merriweather on the left, except she has permanent boots on.   Many Thanks!

Is it possible they are just really stuck or glued on? None of the ponyville ponies that I know of came with permanent shoes, but the Rain or Shine does have a set of yellow shoes like that.

Interesting.  I will give her a bit of a warm soapy soak and see if they come off.  I suppose someone could have glued them on.  Never even though of that. THANKS!!!!

Some of the ponyville shoes tend to fall off, so I am not surprised if its glued
