Ok, for those of you who own the large Year of the Horse Pinkie Pie, if you look at the botton pony pic on the right side panel...IT'S PERIWINKLE WITH WINGS!!! Now why would they do that if Periwinkle wasn't going to be made into a brushable!? Why hasn't anyone else noticed this yet? I've looked everywhere but can't find references...does/can someone have/take a picture to post here, because my PhotoBucket has kicked the bucket...

Dangit, I expected seeing a brushable pony prototype photo that would be easily customized into Lightning Bolt! Grrrr...

Well, they've said that there will be new brushables soon...and Hasbro can be sneaky about dropping little crumbs for hints about what's to come. Why else would they draw her in a totally new position to her blind bag card and have her in a square when they totally could have just slapped Luna on instead? Or Cadance?

I really hope new brushable characters are coming soon! I haven't bought anything mlp in such a long time but I will buy new characters. Everyone wants new ones and is sick of the repeats...

I'm curious if they will do her with an actual gem or just paint and glitter. I kinda hope for customing sake that it is just paint and glitter. Would hate having to remove a 3D. I will keep one for my collection even if it is a 3Dsymbol, I like her color combo.

I remember her being spotted in the artwork - she would be such a lovely pony to be released! I remain on the hopeful bus and I am not getting off until Toy Fair :P

I don't think that was meant to be Periwinkle. I think they just found vector art for Rainbowdash and got confused about her cutiemark.

She was released as a blind bag, so the idea of her becoming a brushable isn't terribly likely but it is somehow possible. I have a feeling (optimism) that she has a chance of being released as a brushable because her design is appealing, a bit more different than just stars, hearts, and cupcakes, and would be easy to do off a white earth pony or pegasus base. Not to say that it isn't just as easy to make other BB ponies brushables, but just thinking about it out loud.

Also I don't think they'll make her symbol 3D- I think at least that much Hasbro would want to make her match the rest of their ponies.

We NEED somthing to hope for in the g4 line, and Periwinkle is a great choice! I don't think she was a vector mistake...someone went to the trouble of placing the pic there and addin the cutie mark in the corner. It would be way easier to just smack Luna on the side instead of all that! I just really wish it were true...i love white pagasus ponies!

Oh WOW I totally didn't notice this before! Hasbro DID say that there would be 2 new sets of brushables this year.
No that totally isn't a mistake. It is the exact same as her blindbag. That was totally put there intentionally.
There are 4 ponies on the side of the box right? That's the mane 6, Celestia, and they could have used Luna. That was no mistake my friend.
...or I want to believe it wasn't a mistake...

Can I ask? I have seen a couple of people mention that Hasbro have promised a couple of sets of "brushables". Do you happen to know where that information was mentioned? :)

I didn't read it right. There will be "new brushables" but not new characters?

I really hope they make her- Periwinkle is one of my favorite G3's and she would make a lovely G4~

We dont allow links to those sites but thank you, I think I know of the report you mean. :) However there is no mention of new brushables in that just the snowglobe style ponies mentioned in other posts and then the Fantastic Flutters that we have already seen. I do desperately hope for something and I am sure we will get at least another 2 or 3 waves of the playful pony size...hopefully with at least a couple of new characters [and not the repeat releases of earlier original characters].
