I'm a bad, bad pony.  I can't help it!  I don't have a job and my savings is almost depleted.  I listed items on eBay last night 

No issues yet and hopefully there won't be any. Let's hope I get a job soon so I can stop eBay again.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone! So far, only two items have bids, but I'm expecting them to skyrocket in price later this week.  If not, oh well; they're toys hubby was goinng to give away to Goodwill, so $20 is better than nothing!

On a side note, has anyone else had trouble canceling auctions?  I realized I accidentally uploaded the same care bear coloring book twice.  When I tried to end the auction, I got a message saying that feature wasn't available because it was an auction-style listing.  So, I just changed the description to say that it was a duplicate listing and not to bid.

Hmm..I wonder why it will not let you cancel it??  The only thing I can think of is you can't cancel the listing if it has less than 12 hours to go.  But you mention that they are ending later in the week

If so I guess all you can do is keep an eye on it and cancel bids as they come in. I know you revised it to say Do Not Bid but you will have that one idiot who does not read and bids.

Here's hoping things go better for you this time around   I dont get why its not letting you cancel the listing though  I'd suggest trying what Ponylady mentioned

Have you tried eCrater at all? It's so easy to list on there. You can literally copy and paste your auctions to the store. And it's 100% free :-)

The last two weeks on Ebay have the been worst two weeks in the past year for me. It just died out of nowhere it seems. Well, it might only be some people but on the Ebay forums some people think the slowness is due to all the changes Ebay has been making to their interface and "look".

Cause you know, Ebay's new logo will bring us all buckets of business

Thanks for the link ponylady!  That's what I was looking for before and couldn't find.  IT worked, so there is no longer a duplicate listing up =)

I get what you mean about eBay being slow, RPB. I have some items up that I'm hoping to get about $100 each for and they're sitting at $10 and $13 right now. eBay just keeps making things worse and worse, don't they?

Never tried eCrater before.  I'll look into it and give it a shot!  Thanks for the tip =)
