Look at these! I found them in balls at Walmart for $10 each. You get some UV resin and plastic pieces and you can make up a little dish.

They're the perfect size for G1!

I was going to buy a ball this weekend but couldn't find any.

I've heard negative things about the resin that's included though. I'm still excited to try it.

I think they should start showing up more as we go on, it sounds like they were pushed into stores awfully late for the season.

I hope you can find some soon! I found these by the seasonal section.

I finally got 2 balls today.

I think some stores either haven't got them yet or are waiting until after Christmas to put them out. I haven't had a chance to open them yet, but will post pics of them after I do.

Walmart.com has two different kinds available and one is priced at 7.99 instead of 9.99.

The ones I bought are pink and I think they are mostly sweets with things like waffles and pancakes thrown in.

My first attempt didn't go as well as I had hoped.

I got the mint chocolate shake that's in the 2nd pic. My set was missing the straw, so I wasn't able to stir the resin properly to make the chocolate chips more evenly distributed. I thought about using a toothpick after I had already put the shake out in the sun to set. Then I overfilled the glass with resin when trying to add more to add the whipped cream and square pieces and they ended up sinking in to the resin.

I can post a picture if anyone wants to see my failure. I hope my 2nd try goes better. This was my first time working with resin, so maybe that's why it didn't turn out well.

My 2nd ball had the key lime pie and it turned out a lot better.

The instructions said to use the spoon to put the resin in the plastic pie crust, but I poured it directly from the bottle instead. There didn't seem to be enough resin to cover the bottom of the pie crust.
