Accessory Mystery - Help me ID?

I've had this bib since childhood; actually had two, but one got knotted beyond my child-self's ability to untangle and I cut the ties off... thing is, I cannot seem to figure out what pony it came from, or did Hasbro recycle it for another toy line?  Unlike the early baby pony bibs it has faint white striping on the yellow, but is otherwise identical in size, shape, tie length and printing.

I've never seen that before but it's very cool! Good luck in finding out about it.
If you don't find anything out here, maybe try the Ghost of the Doll forum, the collectors there are more varied and may know if it came from another toy line.
