How do I change my time zone settings?

Ever since we moved to the new Arena, the posts have all been showing the wrong times for me.  I think that this is probably because my settings must be at a different time zone, but I have not been able to figure out how to change it.

How can I change my settings to my own time zone?

Profile -> Look and Layout -> Time Offset -> click the auto detect link
That should set it to your time zone
