Hey!
Ok, quick question.
I have a seller who is cool with giving me a partial refund for something that got damaged, but I'm not quite sure how to tell them to do it.
For a seller to give a partial refund, do I have to actually request a return/refund? A seller used to be able to do it through the seller dashboard, but I don't see that option anymore. (I sold something recently so I tried looking for it). I contacted them by "other" because I didn't want to have a case triggered on them.
So I think the answer is yes. The moment I started a return, my seller put in for the partial refund within minutes. The process is not clear because "requesting a return" just seems like it's only about a return. Oh well. It was great to get a cool seller for once.

Sooooo. I've been out of the loop for like a solid 5+ years. It just seems like in general that message boards/forums aren't the place to go anymore. Where do people go these days for second hand clothes, wigs and dolls? I am mostly looking for my mini but also my tiny...  I am hoping the answer isn't facebook, as I've never made an account due to some big personal reasons. I could at least try to figure out instagram, if that's a thing, but I wouldn't know where to start. ETA: Now that I think about it, what are some of your favorite places to shop for new stuff too. ^^ There's so many options out there (haha, I think I feel overwhelmed).

I have a MIB CNY Pinkie Pie that I want to get rid of.
I'll take any fair offer for her. ^_^ I'll take pictures if there is any offers for her. Since she's so big, the box will be at least 1 pound to consider for shipping. I'll also meet up anyone if they are in the NEOhio area for free pick up.
I bought her new for my kiddo -- but she has no interest in ponies, and I doubt that will change. So she's just been sitting in the closet this whole time...

 So I'm getting some girls in that have no hair. And I was thinking instead of restoring them to their original state, maybe I could customize them into other girls instead. I'm ....ok with sewing, but I don't have a sewing machine. So I'm on the hunt for someone who could make high quality outfits for a doll that's approximately 6inches. (I'm thinking about Sailor Moon amazon quartet? Or 2 of the Animamates. ) Does anyone have any recommendations?

Ok to save money I'm going to buy a lot of dolls that have terrible hair issues. They are approximately 6 inches tall.
I've rerooted ponies, but I've never rerooted a doll. The biggest concern to me is the bangs.
Any tips you guys have for bangs?
And any tips for doing the crisscross thing where the hair parts?
Is there a specific type of hair that works best for dolls?

Heyyo! So I have been on a sailor moon kick lately and I was wondering if there was any good place for sailor moon people to go to. Specifically I'd love it if there was a place that also had a toy discussion area. (even BTS). I'm just curious since my go-to place kicked me out years ago because I refused to provide a picture-- (ie LJ). I'm open to a forum format.. or I guess discord if that's more popular.

So. How awful would it be to store collections next to (not above or on) a fireplace? The fireplace would have an insert.
I don't think the room would be super hot, as the room is below grade.. the fire would only be used to heat approximately 300sq feet.
How quickly would things get damaged.. assuming it would be used 13-20 times for the winter.

I don't remember seeing these before. I assume they were made during the g2 era like the keychains due to the tag. (Maybe like the japanese keychains??)
I see another one sold (cotton candy), it's tag is Japanese I figured maybe it would be useful for the wiki or somewhere else if someone keeps track of this stuff.
