Ok, so first thing you need to know is that you can't join taobao unless you have a Chinese phone number, and they only ship to China, so you'll need a taobao agent. They charge you, usually a percentage. I personally have never used one, so maybe someone else can tell you a good one and exactly how they work, but I have heard people say

As for the stuff on that particular seller. All the prices are there. The black night dream coat for example is 1212 yuan, which works out to roughly $200 us dollars. The sizes are all there too. The only size it comes in is small. You need an account to see what that works out measurements wise but luckily I do actually have an account, and this is what it told me.

They look kind of big for a small, so it is possible the translation has gone wrong. But maybe it's ok. I think a taobao agent might be able to clarify that for you. Ask them if the measurements are in cms.
Shipping starts at 8 yuan (just over a dollar) and goes up to 666 yuan for tracked with insurance (about $108) I don't have any idea what your agent would advise chosing. Finally, you would then also need to pay to have it shipped to the US. Which is not cheap. I was sending ponies from china to the US and it would cost me $40 to have it tracked and insured, and you kind of don't want it not to be tracked and insured when you spend that kind of money. China post is not reliable.
