Just talked to my artist, and I'll be getting another pony next Monday at Boston Tattoo Convention. 

What are you going to get?

All these tats are lovely! I have a carousel horse tattoo, but it's not an mlp. If there's enough space one day I might get it coloured like one, and with a cutie mark.

This is so gorgeous. The only thing I'd say is to darken the shading a little bit when you next have it touched up? Unless that's the camera washing out the colours at the lower half of the picture. It's a really lovely composition for a sleeve piece.

I have tattoos on my hips (cutie marks, haha!) but they aren't pony related. They *are* things that are important to me and reflect who I am, and I got them before that reasoning was even glossed in FiM as where cutie marks come from. I nearly got a pony-themed tattoo, but all my work is in black and grey and I couldn't settle on a design.

Came home from the Boston Tattoo Convention with a new pony. Excuse the colors looking a bit washed out because of the light source in the picture.... it's super bright in person. I'll try to take a picture of it myself in natural light tomorrow. Sat for almost 6 hours straight. I'm very sore right now, but pleased with how it came out. I just told her I wanted another pony and a cupcake, and this is what came out of it.

I love love LOVE the pony tattoos!  I may add one to my growing tattoo collection, but I don't know what I want yet.

Da-yum! That's good work! And you sat for 6 hours, you nut... I could never do that. 3.5 was my upper limit for black/grey work.

Thank you! And yeah, I always pretty much want to die after 4, but she runs this special for 6 hours for $400, and I just can't pass up the bargain everytime! lmao. It's worth it, though!

6 hrs for $400?!?! HOLY COW. My artist is soooo expensive lol She worked for an hour last time and charged close to 400. But, it was worth it.

She's actually comparatively expensive to most of the other shops around here. Where are you from, xkelpiex?

I now live in Ontario, but my artist is in Montreal. She got third place at that famous convention down there one year. I dn;t mind paying her prices, though, because she is amaaaaazing. And I went to high school with her so I'm willing to support her. She started tattooing at just 15! She's 25 now and owns her own shop.
