My state (Alabama) does not offer early voting, so I have to vote on Election Day :( Also, there is no law in AL that requires employers to grant time off so workers can go vote. So I'll probably be late to work because the lines are usually quite long (polls are open 7am to 7pm and if you work a 12 hour shift or two jobs...) and will loose $ and irritate my irrational boss. BUT voting is so important I don't care (even though my vote doesn't really matter because I don't live in a swing state).

All in all I'll be so glad for this election to be over!

That is ridiculous (especially the lack of early voting). I thought all states had to give time off to vote, yikes!

I voted on Friday at our local Supervisor of Elections because my voter card hadn't come in at that point so we went there to make sure my registration had gone through, so I just voted there. That and being in Florida I don't really wanna be around polls on the actual day.. especially in my pretty rural area (both for where I live, but where my polling station seems to be).

I didn't even know early voting was a thing. This will be my first election where I didn't require an absentee ballot due to being over 500 miles from home.

I'm planning to do everything I can to vote tomorrow but it might be tricky to get it in with an orthodontist appointment, work, and a part time job interview. :/

I've already voted. By mail on October 22nd. My state does all ballots by mail.

I have had a heck of a time with voting.  My mom and I both cast early voting ballots because I have an important doctors appointment on Tuesday.  We sent them in last week.  Saturday night I got a letter back saying my ballot was rejected because I forgot to check off one little box.  I freaked out a bit, but my mom calmed me down and now we will figure out what to do.  Either I can fill out the ballot and take it directly to the voting location or just vote the regular way.  I will be relieved when the election is over, it has been so stressful.

I'll be voting tomorrow.  I work early, so I'll be headed to the polls as soon as I get out.

I'll be voting the regular way tomorrow, on election day. I didn't even know you could vote early. I am getting up extra early tomorrow around 5:30 AM and voting before I have to be at work at 8AM. I hope the polls aren't too busy that time of the morning.

I live in Virginia but I'm an Ohio resident, so I voted early by absentee ballot. Checked the status the other day and mine was received and counted!

I'm voting tomorrow, I don't really like any of the people running but I figure, hey, it's my civic duty at a citizen of the united states. It'll be like ripping off a bandaid. nice and quick.

I just want the dumb political advertisements to be over. XD
